Returns policy

Wrong size/color

We do not offer size exchanges if you order the wrong size or decide you want a different color. Each order is custom made for each customer, so a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If in the unlikely event you item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within a week’s time. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different color.

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the distributer and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Lost parcel

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know. First check your shipping confirmation that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect you will be liable for the cost of fulfilling and shipping a replacement item. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered.

Order fulfilment times

Order fulfilment takes  2-7 business days, then your package will be shipped from either the United States or Europe, depending on your location. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

US: 3-5 business days via USPS
Canada: 5-10 business days via USPS
Worldwide: 10-20 business days via USPS

Packages shipped from the Europe

Europe: 5-10 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 business days

Custom fees

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
