We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee, which ensures that if your order is wrong or if it isn’t what you expected for any reason, all you have to do is contact us within 14 days. We’ll get you set up with a hassle free replacement or reimbursement. We’re here to help and only an email away!

Depending on your location, shipping time varies:
US: 3-5 business days via USPS
Canada: 5-10 business days via USPS
Worldwide: 10-20 business days via USPS
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the distributer and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We might just need to check a few details with you before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good if you could check with your local post office.

If tracking information states the order was delivered, we unfortunately cant take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Yes we do ship internationally. For Non-US customers, depending on the package size, value and your location, import fees may apply in the country of delivery. These fees are beyond our control and you are required to pay them to receive your package.

Our products are printed and embroidered in either the USA or Europe. Our garments are supplied by wholesalers such as Bella & Canvas and Gillian. These companies typically manufacture their products in Asia or Central America. To find our where a specific garment is manufactured, please refer to the  “Product details” section on the relevant product page.
